The Provencal villa is quietly located in a closed private domain, bordering a small forest, in a quiet and green part of the Côte d'Azur. At a short walk away (500m) you will find sandy beaches with restaurants and sun-beds, and the center of the coastal town of Les Issambres, with all necessary amenities. Its unique location allows everyone to go to the beach or the village independently of other group members (without using the car or public transport).
Thanks to its central location, all the famous resorts of the Côte d'Azur are easily accessible (Saint Tropez, Cannes, Nice) as well as many picturesque Provençal villages in the back country (St Tropez, Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Lorgues, and Flayosc). There are also vast and unspoiled nature reserves for endless walks and many rivers for canoe trips. And there are many beautiful golf courses in the area.
In Les Issambres you can also practice a range of water sports such as surfing, renting a watercraft, sailing and water skiing. Les Issambres marina (within walking distance of the villa) has a very frequent direct ferry connection to St-Tropez (12 min.) and Cannes.
So, while you enjoy the peace at home, at the pool with a nice glass of wine, all the beauty that the Cote d'Azur has to offer is within reach.
