The entire villa is equipped with underfloor cooling. The 2 master bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are also equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning.
The villa has a heatable private outdoor pool (9x4) and indoor pool (3x4) with counterflow.
Inside, the villa is fully equipped and decorated with eye for detail. There are electric shutters, satellite TV, Smart TV and WLAN. The kitchen is equipped with Miele dishwasher, oven / microwave, large fridge with separate freezer compartment, induction hob and fully automatic coffee maker. Bedrooms have built-in closets and first-class beds (Auping) ensuring good and restful nights.
The Mediterranean garden with figs, olives and plums offers a beautiful sea view over the bay of Saint-Tropez, and boost over 150 m2 partly covered terraces with comfortable lounge sets, garden chairs, gas barbecue, dining tables and sun loungers.
Les Issambres is a nice coastal town with beaches, restaurants, shops, and a marina with all kinds of water sports activities (water scooters, sailboat and surfing rental, etc). There is a frequent direct ferry service from the marina to St-Tropez! The centre of Les Issambres offers super markets, restaurants, shops, butcher, bank, post office, etc. and is located near Sainte Maxime (8km) and opposite St. Tropez.
Due to the central location of the villa, all well-know places of the Côte d´Azur (Saint Tropez, Cannes, Nice) are easily accessible as well as many picturesque Provencal villages spread in the pristine back country.
